Program Format
Participants in the Graduate Certificate program in Design and Assesment of Adult Learning apply new skills in real-world settings as well as in the classroom.The program allows participants to enhance personal leadership skills in a safe environment while collaborating with a diverse group of professionals on organizational performance issues and real solutions. The program provides participants with a realistic preview of the Master's Degree program in Human Resource Development. Classes are eight weeks long, allowing the student to take two classes each in the Fall, Spring, and Summer sessions.

 Degree Requirements
Students are required to complete 12 credits of graduate work. A grade-point average of 3.0 is required for graduation. Student who receive a grade of C in more than 6 credit hours are subject to suspension. Students who receive a grade of F must confer with the dean before enrollment for further course work is allowed.
Graduates may apply for advanced standing in the Human Resource Development Master's program. If accepted, all four courses will apply toward the 12-course Master's program
