Program Format
The HRD Weekend Master's Cohort Program is designed for students to complete the program as a cohort or group benefiting from the experiences of other class members. Students complete 36 credits by attending classes on alternating Saturdays over a period of two years (six semesters). Courses are 8 Saturdays long in the Spring, Summer, and Fall semesters.

Students choose two electives (3 credits each.) Recent electives include: Leadership Development, HRD in the Czech Republic and Hungary, Action Learning, Design of Adult Learning Interventions (Instructional Design), Organizational Strategy.

 Degree Requirements
Students are required to complete 36 credits of graduate work. A grade-point average of 3.0 is required for graduation. Student who receive a grade of C in more than 6 credit hours are subject to suspension. Students who receive a grade of F must confer with the dean before enrollment for further course work is allowed.
