Core faculty will be drawn from experts across the School of Public Health and Health Services. Faculty will also include representatives of a number of law firms with expertise in healthcare corporate compliance, including Feldesman Tucker Leifer Fidell LLP; McDermott Will & Emery LLP; and Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP.

Guest panels will include representatives from agencies that combat fraud and abuse and enforce key compliance-related laws, such as:

• US Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Inspector General
• US Department of Justice
• US Attorneys' Offices
• State Medicaid Fraud Control Units

Guest panels will also include federal and/or state policymakers, representatives from the healthcare industry, experienced corporate compliance officers, and plaintiffs' attorneys.
